In this RPG Harry Potter could be born but he would not be destined to defeat Voldemort. This is set when Voldemort is at the height of his power. The marauders can either just have started Hogwarts, Be in their fifth year, or just graduated. People would be acting as spies in the ministry and order and some people would even be imperiused.
