I was curious if anyone would want to play in the founder Era.
In the Founder Era muggles are constantly trying to 'find' Hogwarts to kill the 'Satan Worshippers'. Kings have outlawed magic and untrained witches and wizards along with muggles are beheaded almost daily. Others are held captive and interrogated for their families whereabouts. Muggleborns are sometimes sent as spies to Hogwarts because they believe it was a mission from God given to them to ferret out the 'real' magic users in their minds. The Ministry has not been made yet so Hogwarts and Diagon Alley are pretty much the pinnacle of the Wizarding world. Hogwarts has only been around a few years and the Founders are still close friends.
The future of course wouldn't matter so if the person that got Salazar never wanted him to leave Hogwarts that would be perfectly acceptable. We would all have to pay attention to the OCs here for clashes. It would be a bit odd for two people to be the head of the Malfoy family and such. Not to mention that if someone wanted to be a Dark Lord they would have work harder for it. They would have to start from scratch to gain followers.
It could almost be a race in who creates the government for the Wizarding World first. The dark wizards or light. The only main characters would be the Founders themselves and an alive Bloody Baron and Helena Ravenclaw. Everyone else would probably be OCs but I'll check the sites to for notable figures.
