Wizengamot Members
Only people allowed to vote on laws and decide court trail outcomes. They can also get favors for getting people out of Azkaban. Got to Wizengamot page for more info.

Can give students detentions.
Captain
They read tryout posts for their team and choose members for their open positions.
Head of Houses
Only professors other than Umbridge that can give detentions.
Editor
People send them articles they want in their papers via PM. They are the ones that get to choose what is posted.
All Luna's articles automatically gets published in the Quibbler. All Rita's stuff automatically gets published in Daily Prophet.
Hogwarts Quidditch writer
Staff, Hooch, and Jordan read posts in the Professional games thread to determine who can write the next Hogwarts game. They are the only people that can write another's actions and dialogue and it is only for that game.
